luxurious bedding helpful staff excellent location
the room was very clean i found the bedding luxurious it really made a difference. the staff was helpful i got directions quickly. the hotel location is excellent it made exploring easy with convenient access to shops.
the gym only had a few machines the space felt a bit limited during peak hours.

underwhelming stay. staff and size issues
small room inattentive staff
the location was acceptable. it provided easy access to shibuya crossing.
The room i booked, a premium twin room separate bath up to 3 guests, felt significantly smaller than expected. this discrepancy diminished its perceived value. furthermore, the front desk staff demonstrated a lack of attentiveness. Their service did not match the hotel's cost.

great views helpful service tea facilities
i stayed on the 18th floor, the views were great. the staff provided helpful and friendly service throughout my stay. i found various bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance. coffee and tea making facilities in the room, along with a fridge, were useful.
